Delivering Documents

The preferred, safest method for delivering documents for recording is via US Mail, UPS, or FedEx.

A drop-box has been installed in the Helix Garage, near the 2nd floor entrance to the Clerk's Office (to the right of the yellow garage fee payment kiosk) that you may use for document drop-off anytime Monday - Friday, 7:30a - 4:00p.  We will do our last pickup of the day from the box at 4:00p. Documents must be securely contained in envelopes. If deliveries finish in less than 10 minutes, there will be no charge in the parking garage.

You may also make an appointment to deliver a document to the recording desk.  It will be logged in the same as documents delivered to the drop-box.
