Effective January 1, 2020, the recording fee for a mortgage with MERS as nominee for [lender] will be on the fee schedule as a Mortgage with MERS/Assignment.
Effective January 1, 2020, the Kentucky County Clerks Association has formally adopted the Property Records Industry Association (PRIA) document formatting standards.
